Move-In

2018 - 2019 | Project Management

I served as the Head Intern and primary student staff behind the Move-in/Move-out committee, overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of a $400,000 operation involving more than 6,000 individuals.

My role was to assist with the planning and execution of all MIMO-related operations, including hiring, training, and supervising more than 120 volunteers and coordinators annually, event communications, setup, break down, and vendor liaising.

Music, Urban Education, and Mentorship

2014 - present | Edu & Mentorship

Music has been a constant presence in many educational and mentorship projects that I have been part of. From church music groups that started in 2014 to urban music education in West Philadelphia, from small cultural performances done for fun to grassroots gamelan performances for immigrant rights advocacy, I aim to continue the fight towards educational equity and justice for all.

West Philly Swingers Dance Troupe

2018 - present | Performing Arts

"Nobody comes to college wanting to join a swing dancing club. Our group's longevity relies heavily on poor impulse control"

Due to poor impulse control, I joined a swing dance troupe in my sophomore year of college and fell in love with it. Swing dancing became an outlet for me to express myself. I learned to communicate with my partners without having to say a single word, I learned the importance of having a community, and I learned to appreciate history, culture, and those who came before me.

As part of the 2020 Kompas Gramedia Internship Challenge, I worked with Rekata Studio as a Market Analyst, helped generate new insights into media production and IP management, and helped lead Rekata's Stories from Data Transmedia Storytelling project.
